(2) change the services provided under this Agreement. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately on posting of the revised Agreement or change to the service(s) on our web site. The Applicant agrees to review our web site, including the Agreement, periodically to be aware of any such revisions. The Applicant understands that the registration fee is due to The Publisher within 30 days of the receipt of their first invoice. All fees paid to The Publisher are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Applicant attests that they are of legal age to enter into this Agreement.

THE APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HAVING

INDEPENDENTALY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND WITHOUT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT,

GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Province of wherein the Publisher is located.
